The tests and inspections we perform ensure that energy saving measures are installed at a standard that meets the California Energy Commission requirements.

While running our thorough air conditioning unit tests, there are 3 verifications that we provide:

  1. Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) verification
  2. Energy Efficiency Ration (ERR) verification
  3. Refrigerant Charge Verification

The Building Performance Institute (BPI) is a nationally recognized organization and the most renowned organization for residential and business energy auditing.

We perform inspections which include all applicable testing for a variety of PG&E rebate programs.

These programs include: 

  • Bayren and energy upgrade California
  • Smud rebate programs
  • Home Energy Score (HES) Program*

Permit Services and Document Preparation

We offer permit services that includes permit pulling around the Bay Area and Northern California. 

We also offer document preparation for all commercial projects, residential alterations, and new construction.

Most HERS rating companies take weeks to complete all of the title 24 documents. Accurate HERS ratings completes the paperwork and sends it to the customer or the contractor the same day as the inspection!
